The high-quality industrial alumina produced in China is used to make the low sodium calcined alumina. It is calcined at high temperatures to create Type A alumina products, which are then processed and formed using delicate processing steps such removing sodium, ball milling, and grading.
In addition to the high melting point, excellent mechanical strength, high hardness, high resistivity and good thermal conductivity of ordinary calcined alumina, the low sodium calcined alumina also has the characteristics of low sodium content, fine particle size, narrow particle size distribution, low linear shrinkage and high conversion rate.
Electronic equipment, functional ceramics, refractories, polishing, and grinding industries all use low sodium calcined alumina extensively.
