Product Description
The inert inorganic high-temperature lubricating coatings HT-1 series of water base boron nitride coatings. The primary raw material is hexagonal boron nitride powder with high crystallinity. The boron nitride coating is widely applicable in casting ladles, chutes, and refractory for vertical casting machines, filter boxes, crystallizers, and other parts, offering complete protection because it is not bonded to or infiltrated with molten metal.
Characteristics
stable at high temperatures,
Excellent non-wettability with molten alloys of aluminium, copper, magnesium, and zinc.
good adherence, no peeling or cracking
It can be used on either a cold or a heated surface.
Water matrix, unique formula, simple to utilise.
Environmentally benign, nontoxic, and free of pollution
use strategy
1. Dust and oil should be removed from the covered material's surface.
2. Using a brush, treat the material with the BN coating (or sponges).
Avoid gathering BN on the surface so that the coating, which should be uniform, is not too thick.
3. The pieces can be submerged in the boron nitride coating for inaccessible sections (like the interior wall of a pipe).
The parts are removed, the extra paint drips out, they are cured, and then they are put to use.
Concerns that require attention:
After dilution, the concentrated solution should be bottled for preservation. It should be be shaken carefully before text time.
