Production Equipment

Model

Making great models is the first step in creating precise and high-quality casting goods. A 3000 square meter model-making workshop is available at Hysan Cast Steel. To control product quality and production efficiency at the source, we choose good solid wood as our production material and import foreign advanced vertical axis NC machining centers.

Casting&Heat Treatment

The business operates 4 sodium silicate sand production lines, with 11 electric furnaces that can produce 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, and 20 tons of sand each. A 55-ton casting workpiece is the largest. Parts of mining crusher equipment, press machine parts, ships, and other items make up the bulk of the product structure. According to the mechanical characteristics of various products, we can perform normalizing, tempering, annealing, quenching, and other heat treatment methods in terms of heat treatment and surface quality control. Advanced heat treatment robots were introduced in 2018 and used to heat treat wear-resistant parts, greatly enhancing product quality. Casting surfaces are made smooth and clean by using large shot blasting equipment.

Fine Machining

In addition to a number of large vertical lathes, boring and milling machines, CNC sleeping lathes, processing centers, drilling machines, planers, large gantry boring and milling machines, etc., our company also has complete processing equipment that incorporates American law, such as laser coordinates, to guarantee the dimensional accuracy of processing.

Testing

Hysan has consistently made investments in quality testing to enhance management and better control product quality. As of right now, the primary testing apparatus includes imported spectrum analyzers, carbon and sulfur analyzers, magnetic particle detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, universal testing apparatus, impact testing apparatus, etc.
