We have been concentrating on first-class brand quality recarburizers and silicon carbide, with a wide variety of domestic and foreign brand awareness, for more than 15 years. Our Factory In order to achieve high quality, environmental protection, and energy efficiency, our factory uses the petroleum coke graphitization and calcination process. Acheson furnace body quartz insulation layer byproduct industrial grade silicon carbide up to 8,000 tons; graphite products use advanced CNC machine tools and high-quality graphite blanks, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons; the production line is equipped with fully automatic desulfurization, dust removal, and electric coke capture environmental systems. It has an area of 66,000 square meters, more than 80 employees, and a production capacity of 50,000 tons.

Product Application Carburizers are primarily used in the steelmaking, brake pad, and cored wire industries; silicon carbide is primarily used in the steelmaking, cast iron, and abrasive industries; and graphite products are primarily used in high temperature, high acid, high alkali, and high corrosion industrial environments. It is suitable for semiconductors and harsh industrial sealing situations thanks to graphite's outstanding conductivity and super self-lubricating properties.
Production Equipment Twelve sets of 1.2-meter-diameter continuous high-temperature graphitization furnaces, two sets of 300-ton Acheson furnaces, two sets each of flange and roll crushers, two sets each of automatic screening machines, and five sets each of five-axis CNC machine tools are also available.
