High-purity graphite is used as the raw material for the graphite mould, which is then processed using a high-precision numerical control machine tool. All types of nonferrous metal fittings can be cast using this mold.
Graphite molds have been used in virtually all high-temperature molding industrial fields as well as harsh environments like strong acids and alkalis because of the performance characteristics of graphite materials, such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, easy processing, and excellent strength and hardness at high temperatures. fields as those in the non-ferrous and black casting, glass, electronics, solar, and rare earth smelting industries, among others. Non-ferrous metal continuous casting and semi-continuous casting stones, pressure casting molds, graphite molds for centrifugal casting, hot pressing molds, molds for glass forming, sintering molds, and others have all seen extensive use of graphite molds.
Our Product Advantages
1. Stable thermal performance.
2. Corrosion protection.
3. Resistance to impact.
4.Takes no part in any chemical processes that would guarantee the purity of metal products.
In order to ensure that every product has passed the quality inspection and can accept drawings and samples for processing, we can produce and process a variety of graphite molds, adopt advanced numerical control equipment, standardize and systematize management and production, and implement a full inspection system.
Instructions for use
1. High-purity graphite molds are easily dampened, will soften after dampening, and will quickly deform upon impact.
2. Waterproofing measures must be adopted since water will influence the raw materials in the mold and cause chemical reactions.
3. Avoid heating over a flame. Thermal conductivity is insufficient in the graphite mold itself. Contact with an open flame will result in a scorched, black layer forming at the mold's base, which will contaminate the mold.
